The Paradox Evo 192 is a security product and requires a valid security license for your state to install and configure.
Please follow the below instruction if you are using the normal keypad (not touch screen).
If you are using one of the graphical LCD keypad (touch screen), please click here for instructions.
Please ensure that you have set up and installed the Paradox Evo 192 as per security installation instructions. The alarm should be operating as a stand-alone system prior to any integration being carried out.
1. Log into Nero go to DEVICES > ADD DEVICE
2. In Step 1: Select Your Device page, select ALARMS > Paradox EVO Integration
3. At this point you will need to set the configuration on the Alarm Panel, this is done via the alarm keypad.

With the alarm panel power disconnected, connect the PRT3 to the bus system.

Power on the panel by inserting the battery then the AC adapter.
The next steps will guide you through the configuration parameters on the alarm panel:

Go into installer mode on the alarm. Hold zero on the keypad, until a 6 digit code is asked for. Then type the installer code.

Do a module scan to assure the panel enrolls the PRT3 on the bus properly. enter section [4006]. Check troubles

In section [3035], set switch 7 ON (Transmit zone status on serial port).

In section [3035], set switch 8 ON (Serial port baud rate set to 57600).

Enter PRT3 Programming by first entering section [4003]. Then, enter the 8 digit serial number of the PRT3. This can be found on a little paper label on the PRT3 board.

In section [016], set switch 1 ON (Turns on the serial port)

In section [016], set switch 4 ON (Enables Home Automation Integration).

In section [016], set switches 2 and 3 ON (This combination sets the baud rate to 57600, to match the panel, and the Environexus)

Return to main panel programming by hitting clear.

If the zone labels in the panel were set prior to all this, enter section [4004]. This will allow Label Broadcast. To transmit the labels, enter 00. Then press the ACC button on the keypad. If you do not have this button, try the FIRE button, or START button. This 'ought' to send all labels, to all devices provisioned on the bus system. If this does not work, see the next step.

If you must manually set the zone labels, or they have not been set at all yet, you must enter keypad programming. Enter section [0000]. This will display the current keypad's serial number. Record it.

In section [4003], enter the keypad's serial number to enter keypad programming.

In section [201] to [204] you may rename the 'Areas'. Refer to the EVO programming manual on page 65 for specifics on entering the text itself.

In section [101] to [148] you may rename the 'Zones'. Refer to the EVO programming manual on page 65 for specifics on entering the text itself.

Once label programming is complete, hit clear multiple times until out of programming and back to normal operation. Your panel, PRT3, and label programming ought to be complete by this point.

Click Next
17. In Nero UI, you now should be at Step 2: Pair Your Device page. Click Install to download the Alarm plugin. Once the status bar on the top of the screen is clear, click Next.
18. The system will now take you to Serial Port Configuration.
NOTE: You can also find this menu by going to APPS -> Develop Apps -> Serial Port Configuration
Change the Baud to 57600 and the used by device as Paradox Security Alarm [Paradox]
19. Click Save then NEXT
20. Once the status bar is clear, reload the engine
NERO will now read configuration data from the Alarm Panel, such as the number of Areas, Zones and Users. All Alarm Panel Zones will appear in the “no room” area of the dashboard. You can Assign the Alarm Panel's Zones to Rooms within the NERO interface
