The motion timeout of the Nexus-Quad specifies the amount of time the sensor remains in a “tripped” state after motion has been detected.
i.e. If the motion timeout for a sensor is 240 seconds, the sensor will show a tripped state (i.e. red running man) for 4 minutes after motion has been detected.
To change this setting:
1. Click on the spanner of the Motion sensor of the Nexus-Quad
2. Open the DEVICE OPTIONS tab
3. Variable 3 allows you to enter the new desired value for Motion timeout
4. Enter the new value
5. Close the Setting Pop Up and click SAVE
NOTE: If you are powering the Nexus-Quad using the batteries, you will need to force the Nexus-Quad to “Wakeup” to save this change. You can do this by clicking the sync button on the back of the Nexus-Quad 3 times.
