There are a number of custom settings which can be set on the NERO-DIM to get the best dimming experience. For a full list of configuration settings CLICK HERE
There are a number of LEDs which flicker at low or high dim levels. To overcome this you can specify the minimum and maximum levels of the NERO-DIM to avoid flickering.
- To edit a configuration setting, select the arrow icon of the device.
- Scroll down and select the DEVICE OPTIONS tab, then click ADD CONFIGURATION SETTINGS
NOTE: If you delete a configuration setting by clicking on the “X” button, that parameter is not changed to its default setting. It is simply removed from the display on the software.

NOTE: The minimum level cannot be more than the maximum dimming value
4. Click SAVE CHANGES.
5. If you wish to set the maximum click ADD CONFIGURATION SETTINGS,
6. Set the Maximum Dimming Value by entering the below details for Variable and Data Size, you can then enter a custom value for the maximum level.
NOTE: The maximum level cannot be less than the minimum dimming value
