If your device does not configure correctly when you first add it to the NEXUS-NERO, you can force the Configuration. A device, which has failed to configure, will be illustrated by a red error message under the device.
1. Click on the settings arrow of the device
2. Click on ADVANCED
3. Select the COMMANDS tab, then click on CONFIGURE NODE RIGHT NOW
4. You will get a confirmation the COMMAND FOR CONFIGURATION NODE SENT, click OK and wait for the configuration command to be resent.
If this does not fix this issue, please remove and re-add the device to the NEXUS-NERO
