Change your My Nero password

You can change your My Nero password from the My Nero portal or from your gateway UI if you are already logged in and connected to a gateway.

Via My Nero

  1. Go to https://mynero.environexus.com.au/ and log in with your existing credentials.
  2. Select the green arrow next to your name and select Change Password.

  1. Enter your existing password and then your new password in the fields on this page.
  2. Click Change Password to save your new password.

Via the gateway UI

  1. From the gateway UI, select Users & Account Info then Change Password from the navigation tabs.
  2. Enter your existing password and then your new password in the fields on this page.
  3. Click Save Changes to save your new password.
