If you have forgotten you password please go to https://mynero.environexus.com.au
- Click I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
- Enter your username then click GET PASSWORD
- A new password will be emailed to your email address, please use this to login
If you have also forgotten your user name, please submit a support ticket via Zendesk providing your details (name, email address) and serial number of your NEXUS-NERO, which located on the back of NEXUS-NERO. Our support team should be able to provide your username.
Once you receive your username, please follow reset password instruction as outlined above.
