Many sites have more than one gateway associated with them. You can add additional gateways to an account using the portal as long as you have the MAC address and the Serial Number of the unit you are adding.
The My Nero portal has limitations that cause problems when too many gateways are assigned to a single account. We recommend never exceeding 10 gateways per end-user account.
Add a gateway to an existing account
- Navigate to the details page of the account you want to add a gateway to, either by clicking the Details link on the recent account list or looking the account up from the search page.
- Click the Installations tab to bring up a list of assigned gateways.
- Enter the details about the gateway you want to be added in the fields below the list and click Add Unit. Installation should already be populated with the same ID As you see under the Installation ID column above, if not enter the number shown above.
If you receive errors while attempting to register an additional gateway you most likely have either a typo or you are trying to add a gateway that is already owned by another user. If you have confirmed that the gateway is not assigned to another account get in touch with the support team.
