There is a lot of information presented on the gateway overview page that can help you troubleshoot a system without even connecting to the local UI.
- Gateway overview
- The overview section shows you a lot of information about the gateway, including the currently reported local and remote IP, firmware version, last reporting time, and other troubleshooting information.
- On the right side are a series of button for performing specific tests and connecting to the gateways local UI.
- Devices
- All the devices connected to this gateway will show up in this list including their current configuration status. This can help identify devices that haven't paired with the system correctly.
- Some devices will always show as not configurated, including multichannel devices (for example the two individual outputs for the Nero Dual Relay) and non Z-wave devices.

- Sensors
- Sensors configured on the system will show in this list, just like the devices list this will help identify devices that haven't paired correctly.

- Plugins
- This lists any plugins installed on the gateway and their current versions.
